  3. their code more ready for the first pre-release MicrosoftR WindowsTM
  4. 32-bit Software Development Kit, which will be available soon. This
  5. paper is not a call to start creating 32-bit source code, but
  6. rather a highlight of the changes that will benefit updating
  7. source code for Windows 3.1 now and Windows 32-Bit applications
  8. later.
